Ingredients
- 4 (6½-inch) whole wheat pitas
- ¾ cup all-natural spaghetti sauce, no salt added
- 2 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese (½ cup)
- ¼ medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, sliced into rings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Top pitas evenly with spaghetti sauce, basil, cheese, onion, and bell pepper.
- Place pitas on baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
